I bought a car on January 25. I paid over $2,928 for a service contract, realizing only later that it had a $500 deductible. What service costs more than that? Thankfully, they agreed the next day to cancel that contract and refund the money, which I have received. I also paid $699 for LoJack. They still are refusing to activate the LoJack, almost 12 weeks later. Lauren has done everything she can, and I appreciate that, but no luck yet.

Very friendly always have snacks and water ready for all customers waiting area is very large and is always clean. The bathrooms are easy to locate and are kept cleaned and stocked

Can Not speak highly enough of Nissan Fort Pierce. They went above and beyond to get my son in a new car. Jeff Fuscaldo was top-notch salesman And the dealership manager was wonderful.

I was directed to entrance of service department by young man who was very polite. I checked in at the far left desk gentleman who asked my name and looked up on his schedule I had the Noon appointment. I also asked for car wash when complete I was told of course .From there I entered waiting room and relaxed my visit was quite swift I left garage at One I'm noticing new people working and was impressed by all at the time I spent there.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. My husband and I will be recommending this dealership to friends and family. We went to go and see a 2024 Ram Laramie 1500 truck with 20,000 miles and although we were not planning on buying anything, we ended up getting it. The deal was just to good to pass and the whole process took 2 hours. The staff and the manager were very accommodating and treated us like VIP!! Everyone was great but I do want to thank Eric Davis in the finance department. He helped us get a lower rate and made the process easier.

Tony in the service department is terrific. He makes the experience perfect, and always has a positive attitude.

Very upset. My 2014 Nissan Juke has less than 27,000 miles on it. Early last week the A/C started blowing warm air and horrible fumes started coming in through the vents. I panicked and drove my car into Firestone because the fumes were overwhelming and made me nauseous and a bit dizzy. They tested it and told me there was a leak in the evaporator core and they recommended I take my car to the dealership for repair. Parts center sent me an email and called me saying my parts were ready to be picked up. Drove 30 minutes to pick it up and then proceeded to wait while they searched everywhere for a pan gasket, washer, and drain plug. Took them 24 minutes to find them, never use fort pierce Nissan. Also the sales reps when you walk in are super aggressive for no reason. WPB Nissan is so much better. A little upset, drove an hour and a half there because a year and a half ago the sales people were great. This time the sale not so smooth, confusion on price that was given to us, no confusion on my part…needed to call repeatedly to finally get the second key and the manual, still didn’t get the cords that should’ve came in the car. Not sure I’ll go back there again. Really, if they didn’t have the exact car I wanted with the features I wanted I would’ve walked away.

I was looking for a car for my daughter. Asia and Anissa helped me throughout the entire process and was able to get her something great!! Honestly I feel like they went above and beyond. I use to run from major car dealers to service my vehicle . Hearing rumors of high service fees and etc will scare you . Tbh they are legit and very trustworthy. Every 3 months I’ve been coming for my oil changes how they recognize any other issue that I could fix I also like how they accommodate scheduling an appointment that best fits your schedule and I don’t feel pressured into buying or fixing things that I am not able to at the time. They will always offer to come and see them at another time that best suits also ...

What a great experience. I live on the west coast and was looking for a Pathfinder. I found the one I liked on their website and worked with Jodie in internet sales to arrive at the complete price out the door. When I arrived, there was no renegotiating, added fees, or other shenanigans. We completed the paperwork, and I left with my new Pathfinder. Great dealership.
